QGO Finance declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited in its Meeting held today i.e., February 07, 2022 have considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend at Rs. 0.1 (1%) per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the FY 2021-22.

Tuesday, February 15, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22.

The said Interim Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to those Shareholders whose name appear as beneficial owner in the list furnished by the Depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on February 15, 2022 in respect of shares held in electronic form and as Members in the Registrar of Members on February 15, 2022 in respect of physical share.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1697 in over 9 trades.
