Selan Exploration Technology Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Selan Exploration Technology Ltd in their meeting held today have approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend of 50% (i.e. Rs. 5.00 /- per equity share) for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Saturday, 19 February 2022. (instead of Saturday, 12 February 2022 as intimated via letter dated 01 February 2022)

The said dividend shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Selan Exploration Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 167.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53451 in over 1651 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 172.50 and intraday low of 163.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8950533.00.
