DiGiSPICE Technologies to acquire additional 2% in Vikasni Fintech

The Board of Directors of DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited has decided to acquire additional 2% shares of Vikasni Fintech Private Limited (Vikasni), a step down subsidiary Company from Spice Money Limited, a subsidiary Company.

The existing holding of the Company in Vikasni is 49%. Post-acquisition, Vikasni will become a direct subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 44.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17560 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.80 and intraday low of 43.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 773897.00.
