Shree Cement Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 45

The Board of directors of Shree Cement Ltd has declared Interim dividend of Rs. 45 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2021-22, which shall be payable to those shareholders who hold shares on the record date fixed by the Company i.e. Saturday, 12th February, 2022. The dividend shall be paid from Monday, 28th February, 2022.
