The Board of Directors of IntraSoft Technologies Limited will consider, approve and take on record the proposal of fund raising by the Company, including through rights issue, as the Board of Directors may determine to be in the best interests of the Company, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required and other matters connected therewith at its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, February 11, 2022.
