Torrent Power Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The board of directors of Torrent Power Ltd has declared Interim Dividend for FY 2021-22 of Rs. 9 per equity share on 48,06,16,784 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The said dividend will be remitted on or after February 28, 2022 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, February 11, 2022 fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Torrent Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 540.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 546.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10422 in over 595 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 555.00 and intraday low of 536.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5648509.00.
