Coromandel International Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Coromandel International Ltd has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 at Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share, representing 600%, on the equity share of face value of Re.1/- each fully paid.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after February 25, 2022, but within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013. The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive aforesaid Interim Dividend is February 15, 2022.

Shares of Coromandel International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 793.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 788.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7467 in over 474 trades.
