Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd at its meeting held on February 2, 2022 has recommended an Interim Dividend at the rate of 400% (i.e. Rs.4/-) per share on equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each) and fixed Saturday, February 12, 2022 as Record Date for the purposes of interim dividend.
