Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. 2nd February, 2022 has, declared an Interim Dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 and the same shall be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Monday, 14th February, 2022 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of Balrampur Chini Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 415.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 425.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 186221 in over 4929 trades.
