Lloyds Steels Industries to acquire plant at Murbad Industrial Area

The Board of Directors of Lloyds Steels Industries Limited in the meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022 have approved investment to acquire plant at Additional Murbad Industrial Area, Maharashtra, Company has started the process for acquisition of Plant, consisting of land admeasuring 10583 sq. mtrs. along with the Shed structures of 5132.15 sq. mtrs. erected thereon and all plant and machinery's installed therein whether movable and immovable from Drav Engineering Services Private Ltd., for future expansion and new projects.

Shares of Lloyds Steels Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4400406 in over 5686 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.95 and intraday low of 15.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68181113.00.
