The Board of Directors of Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd, at their meeting he1d on February 01, 2022, has considered, discussed and approved fresh issue of 60,00,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares of face value Re. 1/- per share to Non-Promoters on Preferential Allotment basis in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any statutory modification or reenactment thereof for time being in force) and the Securities & Exchange Boardl of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ancl subsequent amendments thereto.
