ASM Technologies declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Limited at their meeting held today, 1st February 2022 has declared 3rd Interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, for the year 2021- 2022. Dividend will be paid on or before 2nd of March 2022.

14th of February, 2022, has been fixed as the record date for interim dividend.
