KPIT Technologies Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd, at its meeting held through video conferencing concluded today, has approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share (i.e. 12.50%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2021-22, to be paid to the members of the Company within stipulated time from the declaration by the Board.

The Record Date, has been fixed as Friday, February 11, 2022.

Shares of KPIT Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 646.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 639.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88973 in over 4427 trades.
