Orient Cement Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The board of directors of Orient Cement Ltd has declared payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (75%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2021-22 and have fixed Thursday, February 10, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said Dividend.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Orient Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 167.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47420 in over 1118 trades.
