BPCL declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd at its Meeting held on 31st January 2022 has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share of face value Rs 10/- each i.e. 50% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, ll th February 2022 as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend.

Shares of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 397.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 382.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 632982 in over 10038 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 399.80 and intraday low of 388.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 250770110.00.
