Lancor Holdings Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 37.50 crore

A meeting of Banking, Finance & operation committee of Lancor Holdings Ltd held on Monday, 31st January, 2022 has approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) to the applicant totally aggregating to Rs. 37,50,00,000 (Thirty Seven Cores and Fifty Lakhs only) with a Face value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs Only) each on private placement basis in one or more tranches over a period of time.
