Infibeam Avenues Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of Directors of Infibeam Avenues Ltd in its meeting held today, has considered, approved / recommended and declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.05/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 5%).

The Record Date for payment of this Interim Dfvidend will be Tuesday, February 08, 2022. Interim Dividend will be paid on or before March 01, 2022 to the registered shareholders.
