Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. January 31, 2022 has declared interim dividend of Rs. 7/- (Rupees Seven Only) per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31 , 2022.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, February 10, 2022 as the Record Date to determine the names of the equity shareholders, who shall be entitled to receive payment towards Interim Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 declared today. The payment of the interim dividend would be made to the eligible shareholders on or before February 22, 2022.

Shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 827.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 812.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 477516 in over 9584 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 842.50 and intraday low of 812.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 396498392.00.
