Virinchi Ltd board to consider bonus issue on Feb 4, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Virinchi Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday 4th February, 2022, to consider the proposal of issue of bonus shares and also to consider the increase of authorised share capital.
