Gravita India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Gravita India Ltd at their meeting held on 29.01.2022 Declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- (Three Rupees Only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, 9th February,2022, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment or Interim Dividend and the payment of interim dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants will be done on or before 27th February, 2022.

Shares of Gravita India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 329.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 316.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54761 in over 3259 trades.
