Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd at its meeting held on Saturday, 29th January, 2022, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (150%) on the Paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Interim Dividend will be credited/paid/dispatched on or after 11th February, 2022 to such shareholders as on the Record Date (7th February, 2022).
