Vishal Fabrics Ltd Board recommends Bonus Issue

The board of directors of Vishal Fabrics Ltd has approved the recommendation of issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 2 (Two) Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for every 1 (one) Equity Share of Rs.5/- each held by shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of members and other approvals, consents, permissions, conditions and sanctions, as may be necessary.
