The Finance committee of the board of Rane Engine Valve Ltd at its meeting convened today i.e., January 25, 2022 has, considered and approved the Preferential issue of 5,15,463 Convertible warrants to M/s. Rane Holdings Limited (Promoter/Promoter Group) and fixation of relevant date as 25-01-2022 for the said purpose.
