Ashoka Buildcon SPV receives appointed date for NHAI Project

Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company) on September 24, 2021, had declared achievement of Financial Closure, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company "Ashoka Bettadahalli Shivamogga Road Private Limited" has received October 20, 2021 as an Appointed Date for the following Project viz. 'Four laning of Tumkur Shivamogga section from Ch. 170+415 km. to Ch. 226+750 km. Bettadahalli Shivamogga of NH-206 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojna in the State of Karnataka (Package-IV)'.

The Construction Period is 24 months from the Appointed Date and Operation Period is 15 years from Commercial Operations Date (CoD).

Shares of Ashoka Buildcon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 96.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 147859 in over 2460 trades.
