Bloom Dekor to close manufacturing temporarily

The Board of Directors of Bloom Dekor Limited, in their Board Meeting held on January 24, 2022, at the Corporate Office of the Company, have decided to close manufacturing of laminates on temporary basis due to extreme volatility in the cost of raw materials.

The board approved proposal to sell / transfer / dispose off fixed assets of the Company either in full or in part, so as to make the Company debt free, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Shares of BLOOM DEKOR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1621 in over 7 trades.
