UltraTech Cement to acquire National Limestone Company Pvt Ltd

UltraTech Cement Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring 100% equity shares in National Limestone Company Private Limited, subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.

The equity shares will be acquired at a price of Rs. 23 crores.

The Company is a private limited company engaged in the business of carrying out mining activities.

Shares of UltraTech Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7454.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7431.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6591 in over 1511 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7558.65 and intraday low of 7394.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49282045.00.
