Container Corporation of India Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd has declared 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2021-22 of 40% i.e. Rs.2.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.5/- each amounting to Rs.121.86 crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as 03.02.2022. The Interim dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or after 10.02.2022. The payment of dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration.

Shares of Container Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 660.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 671.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38057 in over 2524 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 670.25 and intraday low of 652.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25159260.00.
