Sheetal Cool Products Ltd to raise funds through further public issue

The Board of Directors of Sheetal Cool Products Ltd has considered and approved the raising of funds by issuing up to 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs) equity shares of the company of face value of INR 10 (Indian rupees Ten) each through Further Public Issue under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
