Mindspace Business Parks REIT to raise Rs. 500 crores through NCDs

The Executive Committee of the Manager at its meeting held on Monday, January 17, 2022 has, approved issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Non-cumulative, taxable, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("Non - Convertible Debentures") by Mindspace REIT on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount of upto Rs. 500 crores in one or more tranches / series / issuances / phases.

Shares of Mindspace Business Parks REIT was last trading in BSE at Rs. 343.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 346.74. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7686 in over 299 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 348.90 and intraday low of 341.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2644472.00.
