DRC Systems India Ltd board approves stock split

The Board of Directors of DRC Systems India Limited at its meeting held today i.e. January 19, 2022 has, considered and approved the Sub-Division / Split of Equity shares of the Company from Face Value of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten Only) each into Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each subject to the approval of shareholders and such other regulatory / statutory authorities as may be applicable.

The Company will announced the "Record Date" for the purpose of sub-division / split, in due course.
