Nandan Denim Limited Board to consider Bonus Issue on Feb 10, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nandan Denim Limited has been scheduled to be held on February 10, 2022 to, increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and alteration of Clause V of the Memorandom of Association pursuant to increase in Authorised Share Capital, if required.

The board will also consider, the proposal for issue of bonus shares at the aforesaid meeting, subject to requisite approvals.
