KP Energy Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of KP Energy Ltd at its meeting held today, commenced at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 2:15 p.m., has considered, approved and declared Second interim dividend at 2.5% i.e. Re. 0.25 (Rupee Twenty-five Paisa Only) per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.

The Record date for payment of this Second interim dividend is January 25, 2022.

The Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date.
