ASM Technologies to file revised offer letter for rights issue

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Limited at their meeting held today, 14th January 2022 have considered and approved filing of Draft Letter of Offer with revised payment terms and call structure with BSE Limited for raising of funds through issuance and allotment of partly paid up equity shares of ₹ 10 each ("Equity Shares") to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company on a Rights basis, on such terms and at such price and ratio as may be decided by the Board at a later date, as on the record date (to be notified subsequently), for an amount aggregating upto ₹ 11.5 crores, subject to receipt of in-principle approval of BSE Limited ("Rights Issue").

Shares of ASM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 752.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 792.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22385 in over 1428 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 797.00 and intraday low of 752.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17048307.00.
