Axita Cotton Limited allots 65,52,000 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Axita Cotton Limited at their meeting held today i.e. January 13, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 65,52,000 Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio 1:2 (One bonus equity share of 10/- each fully paid up for every Two existing equity share of 10/- each fully paid up) held by the member/Beneficial Owner as on Record Date i.e. January 12, 2022.

Pursuant to above, the Paid Up share Capital of the Company stand increased to 19,65,60,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Crores Sixty Five Lakhs Sixty Thousand Only) divided into 1,96,56,000 (One Crore Ninety Six Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand Only) Equity Shares of 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.

Shares of Axita Cotton Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9000 in over 3 trades.
