Gautam Gems Ltd Board approves Rights Issue of equity shares

The Board of Directors of Gautam Gems Ltd at its meeting held on Wednesday, 13th January, 2022, has considered and approved the right issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares.

The Board also approved increase of Authorised Share capital of the company from Rs. 10,07,00,000/- to Rs. 20,10,00,000/- and alter the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
