SBI raises $300 Mio through Senior Unsecured Notes

State Bank of lndia has concluded the issue of USD 300 Mio Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes having maturity of 5 years and coupon of 2.49 percent payable semi-annually under Regulation-S. The Bonds will be issued through our London Branch as of 26th January, 2022 and shall be listed on Taipei Exchange (TPEx), singapore stock Exchange and lndia lnternational Exchange, GIFT City.

Shares of State Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 510.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 505.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 824367 in over 19569 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 513.50 and intraday low of 508.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 421265180.00.
