HKG Ltd Board recommends 1:2 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of HKG Ltd at its meeting held on January 12, 2022, has considered and approved the issuance of fully paid-up Bonus Shares in the ratio of One (1) Fully paid-up share for every Two (2) fully paid-up Equity shares held, subject to shareholder's approval by way of Postal Ballot.
