TCS board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors have declared a third interim dividend of ₹7 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of the Company.

The third interim dividend shall be paid on Monday, February 7, 2022 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, January 20, 2022 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3857.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3915.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122701 in over 13686 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3930.15 and intraday low of 3836.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 475046171.00.
