Blue Coast Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 16, 2008, inter alia, to consider raising of funds by way of further issue of equity shares and / or securities convertible into equity shares on preferential allotment basis, has been deferred till further notice.
