Parenteral Drugs India Ltd accepts change in OTS terms

The Board of Directors of Parenteral Drugs India Limited have taken on record the change in terms of OTS on 6th January, 2022 by way of circular resolution and unanimously accepted the increased amount of OTS amount of Rs.154 crores (Rs One Hundred and Fifty Four Crores) from the earlier amount of Rs.135 crores, (Rs. One Hundred and Thirty Five Crores) sanctioned by the bank.
