SIS Australia Group Pty Ltd completes acquisition of 49% in P4G

SIS Australia Group Pty Limited ("SISAGPL"), a subsidiary of SIS Limited has completed the acquisition of remaining 49% shareholding of Platform 4 Group Limited ('P4G').

Consequently, P4G is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SISAGPL and a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of SIS LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 448.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 454.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11003 in over 1178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 456.80 and intraday low of 448.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4970558.00.
