EKI Energy Services Ltd forms new company for Energy Efficient Cookstoves

EKI Energy Services Ltd has incorporated a company as its associate as per the provision of Companies Act, 2013 named as GHG Reduction Technologies Private Limited.

The new company will be into manufacturing, trading, selling, buying and exporting of all kinds of Energy efficient Cookstoves (commonly known as Improved cook stoves).

Shares of EKI Energy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9878.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9408.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36150 in over 553 trades.
