Ircon International Ltd inks MOU with SYSTRA MVA Consulting India Pvt Ltd

Ircon International Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SYSTRA MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited, an international consulting and engineering company. SYSTRA MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary company of SYSTRA SA (France).

This MoU is aimed to collaborate and cooperate each other to explore, identify, pursue and jointly execute mutually beneficial business opportunities of "Detailed Design & Project Management Consultancy for Tunneling Projects (either by NATM & TSM technology) in sectors viz. Railway, Metro Rail & Highway in India"

Shares of Ircon International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 46.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 160647 in over 1815 trades.
