Meerut Budaun Expressway Pvt Ltd executes concession agreement with UPEIDA

Meerut Budaun Expressway Private Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has now executed Concession Agreement with Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for the Project of development of Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway' [Group-I, from Km. 7+900 (Village: Bijoli, Distt: Meerut) to Km. 137+600, (Village: Nagla Barah, Distt: Budaun), Design length 129.700 Km] in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP.

The Project Cost is Rs. 6,555 Crores and viability gap funding is Rs. 1,746 crores.

Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 230.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 223.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 169322 in over 3851 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 234.20 and intraday low of 219.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38281773.00.
