Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd board approves stock split

The Board of directors of Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd at their today's meeting has, approved the proposal for Sub division / Split of Equity Shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10/- each into Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing EGM.
