Kretto Syscon Ltd board approves bonus issue, stock split

The board of directors of Kretto Syscon Ltd at its meeting held today at 02:00 p.m. at the registered office of the company have approved proposal to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company on 31st January 2022 at the Registered Office of the company.

The board approved proposal to increase in authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 150,000,000/- to Rs. 160,000,000/- by altering the Capital Clause of Memorandum of the company.

The board approved issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (one) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 (Ten) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the company as on the record date.

The board also approved proposal to sub-divide or split the shares of the company from the face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 1/- each (after sub-division of shares).

Shares of Kretto Syscon Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.31 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54600 in over 178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.35 and intraday low of 12.31. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 672622.00.
