The Banking & Finance Committee of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd, in exercise of the power delegated by the Board of Directors of the Company, passed necessary resolution in its meeting held on December 30, 2021 to upsize the Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme from existing USD 3,000,000,000 (US Dollars Three Billion) to USD 3,500,000,000 (US Dollars Three Billion Five Hundred Million) for issuance of bonds/notes in international markets by way of public/private issue, subject to market conditions.
The Company has also received necessary in-principle approval from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX).
