A forensic audit was conducted by Ashiana Housing Ltd, which on conclusion, has revealed that the total misappropriated amount is Rs. 4.26 crores.

The Company has already initiated legal proceedings to recover the misappropriated amount.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4345 in over 325 trades.
