IIFL Wealth Management Ltd allots NCDs

The Resource Raising Committee of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved the allotment of 1,000 rated secured redeemable principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures ('Debentures') of face value Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) each, at an issue price of Rs. 10,00,557/- (Rupees ten lakh five hundred and fifty seven only) each, aggregating to Rs. 100,05,57,000/- (Rupees one hundred crore five lakh and fifty seven thousand only), on a private placement basis.

Shares of Iifl Wealth Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1414.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1424.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2352 in over 398 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1430.50 and intraday low of 1410.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3338244.00.
