HDFC allots 31247 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that on May 12, 2008, the Corporation has allotted 31,247 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,06,92,320 consisting of 28,40,69,232 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The summary of the FCCBs converted till date is as follows:

- Total FCCBs issued (Face Value USD 100000): 5000
- Number of FCCBs converted till date: 3829
- %ge converted: 76.58%.
